We know that demanding roles don’t always make it easy to find time, so we’ve created a nationwide bespoke service that fits around you. In fact, 90% of our customers choose to design this way via WhatsApp, email or by phone. When your ring is finished, we’ll send photos and videos for approval and arrange fully insured next-day recorded delivery to your chosen address.

How to get started?

Let me put this simply, because it really is incredibly straightforward. Our team is here to support you every step of the way, so if you’re unsure about what you want, don’t worry - we’re here to help.

Step by step process;

Step 1 - Contact us via Whatsapp (07702695030), email (sales@hamiltongoldcompany.com)or give us a call - whichever is easiest for you. Contact details found at the bottom of this page.

Step 2 - Tell us your preference for diamonds or gemstones (lab or natural), your chosen metal (white, yellow, rose gold or platinum), and any inspiration images you may have. Dont worry if you have no clue, we can work this all out with you.

Step 3 - Add Personal Touches. Include engravings, birthstones set inside the band, or any bespoke details that make the piece uniquely yours. We’ll then create a bespoke design and provide a cost for your piece.

Step 4 - Once you're happy with the design and cost you’ll receive a detailed quote with a full breakdown of your ring and pricing. A 50% deposit secures your order and allows us to begin crafting. Our turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Step 5 - Once complete, we’ll send photos and videos for your approval. After the final balance is settled, your ring will be sent via fully insured special delivery or prepared for collection.
